Its more like geography. It is based on time, and of course astrology, but indirectly.

You change the numbers by leaving on a certain time. They coordinate to each other. Usually combining themselves to make a 666 or a nine combination.

Go and check the time. Mark the time. Turn on your sink, run it for 5 seconds.

Now write that time down, and see when the next time you go to your sink and turn it on for whatever reason. Chances are, the number will be the same. If you add and reduce to one digit.
