If you have not believed and accepted Jesus Christ, who is the only "bridge" back to the Father, then your soul will spend eternity in hell, separated from God.

When someone close to them dies even a non-believer will look upward and say things like "they are in a better place" or "they won't hurt any more". You realize there's been many NDE's, where people see their deceased in a heavenly location.

And there are cases to show this isn't merely a hallucination.
