In other words... Tepco et al lied out their asses about the amounts.. No, this is what you are thinking, your own Interpretation! They are taking the measurements, aren't they..? Who else would be responsible for the erroneous data..? I think their habitual custom of underestimating is now biting them in the ass. How would you interpret it..? |

So you say you agree with the data, that the original numbers, posted by the company, were lies, then instantly go on to say that because someone merely stated exactly what you said, that they are only making interpretations. |

This is not a matter of agreement, they just offer their Interpretation and nothing else! The People like you as well as Buggy-Chan need to learn how to read this kind of Studies. There is no one who knows exactly the amount of released Radiation (also this Report do not!!!) and there is no one who know exactly how this accumulate in the natural Body and there is no one who knows how the Body react but we all know that we do not want this Stuff in our Environment and in us! |

Waterbug User ID: 34388912 United States 04/15/2013 12:38 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Really...? Plutonium found outside of containment in marine soil at Fukushima Daiichi Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23527116 TEPCO has been forced to take drastic measures to deal with the continual contamination of the Pacific Ocean from the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. To quell the transfer of contaminated marine soil, the utility worked to cover the ocean floor in the port with concrete. They later discovered that the fish life in the port was highly radioactive, which forced them to seal the entrance of the port to prevent as much fish from escaping as possible. This week, TEPCO announced that it had detected Plutonium 238, Plutonium 239, and Plutonium 240 in the marine soil in the port at Fukushima Daiichi near the Unit 1 water intake canal. [link to enformable.com] . No corium in there.. Quoting: Waterbug Where is it..? Workers investigate Fukushima Daiichi Unit 2 Torus Chamber [link to enformable.com] [snip] The ambient temperature in the Torus Chamber is around 68 degrees Fahrenheit (20 degrees Celsius) while the water temperature is around 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius). |
Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 37877928 Japan 04/15/2013 12:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | @ Buggychan The report showed that levels of Plutonium 238 had been measured at 0.21 becquerels per kilogram, where before levels had remained either Non-Detect, or under 0.06 becquerels per kilogram according to date from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology. Prior to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, Plutonium 238 had not been detected off short of the nuclear power plant, and the densities of Plutonium 239 and Plutonium 240 were over double what they were before. Plutonium 239 and Plutonium 240 were found to be around 1.2 becquerels per kilogram, significantly greater than previous measurement values in the sea near Fukushima Daiichi (0.17-0.56 becquerels per kilogram). F'Shima is a long running Nuclear Power=Plant and i am sure we will see this "Traces" everywhere and in every sing US-American NPP, this is not a Evidence that all this Stuff is gone! The same for UNIT 2., afaik only one Reactor (Nr. 1.) is fully molten but they estimate that Nr. 2 is only partial molten, means that the Heat source must be in the Reactor Pressure Vessel and not in the Torus! |

[link to www.washingtonsblog.com] Steven Starr – Director of the Clinical Laboratory Science Program at the University of Missouri/Senior Scientist at Physicians for Social Responsibility – said: The Japanese basically lied about what happened with the reactors for months. They said they were trying to prevent a meltdown, when in fact they knew within the first couple of days Reactors 1, 2, and 3 at Fukushima Daiichi had melted down, and they actually melted through the steel containment vessels. |
