Mine have been Greys, and Mantis.
It is kind of strange. One time, the Mantis came, and from then on, the Greys never came back, only mantis.
Mantis comes solo. Very freaky looking, but has energy that is very motherly. Definitely female feeling.

My last visitation had been about 3 years ago now. From end of 2008-2010 I had many visitations. Then, it just stopped. It seems to come in cycles. Last time was probably about 5 months ago. It was one of the times they just come to me and don't take me anywhere. I asked for healing and they put some sort of device on my weak knee that caused alot of heat. Most of the time it is just visits to my room. The events where they take me somewhere are fewer and usually a year or so apart. I think they may have events, where they take alot of contactees onboard at once, because I do recall other people being there. There is usually some discussion or learning going on at those times.
