Yes saw heard that to the would never call on that reporter and the let other reporter talk instead of him why and the guy was louder then the other reporters why, i watched many press conference when a reporter gets louder they usually call on him to shut him up but not this guy. I have seen many reports or witnesses saying they were being told its a drill or to remain calm before the bomb went off. Also one marathon runner said that she witnessed military people with binoculars on the rooftops during the start of the race and she thought that seemed kind of odd the lady runs the boston marathon every year.
