Just a large piece of cloth that gets pulled or blown away as the person walks away. Pretty clear it's not "gore" Gore-tex maybe....

At 0:20 seconds it appears that someone off-screen pulls it away. Could it be material/fabric of some kind perhaps?

Obviously someone pulling a rag.

what's really wierd about the dead body laying on the dock is that if you amp the size of the photo up by changing the zoom size under "view" you can see what appears to be the shadow of a man standing upright on the dock leaning against the side railing with one arm up as tho he's just tossed something into the water...

now how can that be when there is nothing showing otherwise but the body laying sprawled on the actual deck?

and since the blood trail leads from land down the walkway to the dock deck, and the body appears to be dry (look at the color of the jeans, same light blue as when dry), and since it doesn't seem to be more wet around the body but rather the blood trail is about equal from beginning to end... my guess is the fellow hasn't been tossed in yet, but was just getting ready to be. if he had been hauled up wet from the water he wouldn't still be on the deck, and if he was the wet bloody trail wouldn't be all the way down the gangplank and off onto the land. can't have it both ways. it's either OR.

seems to me that the universe is beginning to give us clues and views not normally seen, tips from the other side I guess... wherein the laws of nature morph in our favor if and when...

the victim has a unique looking hair cut, mohawk or something with alot of scalp showing

hard to tell where it's legs are, not very long or large, could be a woman in that event
