When a person is suffering from shock, they do crazy things, including getting up or wandering off...

She could of got up out of shot of the second photo and then collapsed again...

But OP, please, respond to what I have said...You can clearly see the guy with the blown of leg behind the black woman, because his leg is protruding from behind her head...Not only that, she is slightly leaning up on her elbow and she has her knees in the air, very easy for someone to be lying behind her with his leg sticking out past her head...

Take another look, he is there on that top photo...

The black woman is visible in both pictures. In the second picture she has stood up and turned and is over the hoodie sunglasses guy who has gone prone on his back.

unless the black woman was actually in worse shape than the poor guy with no leg... she may have had an injury to the chest, heart, lungs... maybe qualified her for the first ride out of there.

this is fake..the same pic is floating around of the guy with no legs in a wheelchiar. It looks like a bad attempt at photoshop

I'm wondering about something else the bottom photo. The guy with no legs looks a lot like the guy next to him (to the left of his head, a person with a yellow scarf is helping him). Are they brothers? Twins?

I was thinking maybe his timing chip was some sort of small explosive?....ohh in the crowd then maybe not
