So are the doctors in the hospitals pretending to treat patients? Or are the people being interviewed on TV not real doctors, and pretending to work for hospitals? (and why are reps from these hospitals allowing them to do that?)

I would like to know -- is the 8 year old boy real, or are we to believe he is a made up entity? They just interviewed his neighbor on TV, was that fake? Do the news people know that these people are fake/actors or whatever?

Not sure how all this works.
