Oh come on we all know how fucking random family guy is, and horrible. This is nothing more than pure coincidence coming from a bad writer that isn't funny. Sorry nothing to see here.

And if it isn't a coincidence it's someone who saw the episode and got the idea from it.

Anyone who thinks family guy is funny has no moral compass or sense of taste anyway so they would probably think blowing up 150 innocent people like in their favorite show would be a real "hoot"

You know of course because of how random it is, you just have to make sure that when you bomb the innocent people you somehow slip an obscure 80s refrence in for good measure.
