my question is How/Why would it get "accidentally" mixed up.

How could it be an "editing" mistake.

How could it be a mistake AT ALL?

Woman's name is Donna in the story, and Donna would have provided the picture for the story. Why would FOX do this?

I don't buy the remote chance of this happening by accident.

There should be serious criminal charges for people who knowingly create disinformation like the pic in the OP. Its becoming a major problem and needs to be criminalized. I hate the jerks who do stuff like that with a passion.

This was Sandy Hooks former Principal. She stepped down before the shooting took place. The principal at that time died and Donna came back to be the principal at Sandy Hook.

Can anyone look at this mother of a sandyhook child who dies and who actually looks like dawn the principal if she wasnt tanned and with blonder bleached hair (underneath they are really dark)remember hair colour, tanned skin, eye colour can all be changed with makeup, effects, and just normal dyes/lenses etc but her bone structure facem lips everything is the same, her eyebrows are a little thicker

The mothers name is ScarlettLewis childjessee also she does not smile as much so the comparison you have to bare this in mind.
