This wasnt actually on TV. It's the same photo in both images, just photoshopped/resized.
This is not "pin-worthy" by any means.

"dawn" and "Donna" are sisters. Dawn is the pricipal who died at sandy hook. Donna was in the marathon running in remembrance of her sister. In the report, they showed Dawn's pic, while stating Donna was close to the explosion.

If this is even a screen capture of something that was broadcast, they were probably referring back to S.H. for a moment with Boston stuff scrolling at the bottom.
