Looks like open and shut based on his typical closing remark-- At end of posted rant "This is Kevin Curtis and I approve this report." [ link to www.ripoffreport.com] In addition, both letters [to senator and president] are signed: "I am KC and I approve this message." [ link to usnews.nbcnews.com]
