Pretty much. Even with the sanctions in place they are still producing nuclear arms and give not a shit about NK citizens. With sanctions removed, NK will increase production and allow it's citizens and military personnel to starve. What a bunch of MORANS they are. Maybe China can knock some sense into them - I'm sure the rest of the world wouldn't give two shits.

I seriously doubt people will just pack up and fight a war with what they know by now.
