I am not liking this because I need to do my workouts but am afraid because I may pass out.

Very very lightheaded for some reason.

Whatever that born is in the nose....well from that point to my eyebrow I feel like there is nothing there...just air. Between my eyes. I had to lay back down when I first got up out the bed today....I was immediately dizzy and should've been refreshed.

I feel really bad for people that are actually listening to OP. and someones actually said they are going to another location for the weekend. sad.

I would feel bad but how stupid do you have to be to fall for this stuff?

Wave is still moving and will be for another 11 1/2 hours.... the energy is activating some parts of the DNA. Im watching interact with myself and others that are close to me.

Well I don't think there is anything special about today. I don't feel any extra energy, or anxiety, or anything different. Trying to get a "feel" of the environment, I get a sense of waiting. Everything is still, but it feels like it's in anticipation of something.
The reason I'm posting, is because of the mention of feeling like having a heart attack, or panic attack. I've been having that sensation a lot the past few months. A few years ago we had a huge earthquake where I lived. I felt it before it started happening, it was the strangest sensation. I felt like I was sinking into the floor, the blood rushed from my head, and my heart started racing. I had to grab onto something, I thought I was passing out. Everyone rushed over to me and then, BAM! The earthquake hit.
It was the only earthquake I've ever been through, and the first time I had that strange feeling. I associated it with the earthquake so strongly, that a couple months ago, when that awful sensation came over me again I panicked and told everyone we were about to have an earthquake. I was sure of it. The sensation lasted about 15 minutes, and no earthquake ever came. I thought it was strange, but eventually wrote it off.
Then about a week later, I started getting that same feeling just about every day, around the same time of day, out of nowhere. The first few times it happened it was awful, I thought I was dying. Then I grew to expect it. I tried using breathing and calming techniques and that helped greatly. Now I still get that sensation maybe once a week but it doesn't last as long and I have control over it. It's just become part of my life. It's very hard to describe but I can feel as soon as I get up if it will happen that day or not. I think this is connected to the energy fluxuations going on. I was happy to read here that other people are feeling the same things. Very interesting. Sorry for TL;DR.

I'm sure glad I got the heads up from MM and stayed close to home today.
