At the time, when the police officer said that, EVERYONE (including the LEOs) was told to turn off cell phones, because they were afraid it might set off the explosives they found. He was saying, "If you want to live [and not set off the bomb by accident] turn off your cell phone." He wasn't threatening lives directly. The people who were not listening last night don't seem to understand. |

At first they were looking for a Honda with Texas plates. |
