What happened to the naked arrested man Boston? Doesn't make sense! (VIDEO)

I checked the news a few hours ago and saw this video on CNN with a headline that one suspect was arrested during this whole shootout: [link to www.cnn.com]

The video shows a man who was asked to strip being arrested. He was one of the Boston suspects.

I just came back (probably two hours later) to check out any updates. Now they are saying that one of the suspects is dead and one is on the loose. Huh?!

Who is this naked suspect? He sure looks like one of the guys from the video. He does NOT look injured so why are they saying he is dead? Or did this naked man somehow get free and is running around on the loose. Can some explain what I missed in this two hour window?

Now I got it. CNN screwed up so big they are trying to hide their mistake.

Naked arrested guy has no chest hair...isn't there a public mug shots thing or an arrest blotter for Boston? The guy is built like a brick shit house and hotter than a jalapeno but he does not look much like Tamerlane.

Ok, so the guy that stripped naked looks like the oldest brother, but they say they let him go, as it was a mistake? and the oldest died??
The youngest was hiding in a boat, and was caught, and is in critical condition, they don't know if he will survive?
What is happening here, if you check the questions asked, at the press conference, nobody was there, so they can't answer in what condition he is.....( he probably will not survive! Wanna bet?,

I was one of the people who was on the original thread from page one until 6AM this morning. I was watching both the live feed and listening to the scanner when it all went down.

The naked guy was the driver of the car that the 2 suspects carjacked. At some point they dropped him off somewhere but the cops weren't sure if he was a suspect or not, so to take precaution they made him strip down to make sure he didn't have an explosive device attached to himself. After he complied and stripped down they cuffed him and took him into custody. Once in custody they figured out he was not a threat (and most likely apologized profusely) and then let him go. He was just someone in the wrong place at the wrong time.

There was a local news station recording the entire thing the whole time, and CNN must have picked up on it and aired it.
