we have been in martial law since ww2. When the Supreme Court determined it was ok to detain the Japanese, German and Italian Americans they pretty much determined we are in a constant state of war.

Now the issue here is when the Supreme Court decided that it was legal, then we all became possible targets of things like being accused of being a terrorist and such. The war never stopped here, and now it is becoming more and more evident that it is us vs them
