Can I just say I'm sick of this as an argument? People always fall back to the "where were you when Bush did XYZ." I'll tell you what.. I know I wasn't NEARLY as informed then, as I am now. Just because some previous dickhead was allowed to do bad things is no excuse to give a new dickhead a free pass.

I was young once.. I remember the feeling we had when 9/11 happened--a lot of people WELCOMED the freedom act. Now most people I know cringe at those words. Just one example of how things change.
