That tweet happened at 3:53pm ET. The blasts occurred around 2:50ish ET.

Weird. Still have to ask yourself why that day to have a drill? These events seem to always be happening when drills are happening.

this is what is confusing. boston marathon site said that bomb explosion was at 2:50pm in the afternoon and the B Globe bomb tweets start showing at 11:57am. This is unusual because both venues are in Boston; same time zone. There should be no mix up there. And even if the hour is messed up, the minutes should be the same. However in the videos, the marathon clock says 4:09:45. Need to find out what hour that clock started. That twitter shit is all messed up.

Now if you go to the original Boston Globe Twitter (not metro), they have cut off all prior reports starting April 15th, including the original Controlled Explosion tweet.
