He's right, this is meticulously produced anti-government propaganda. The emotion in his face like he's on the verge of crying is to tug on viewers emotions, to push people over the edge that are teetering on the edge of sanity.

In another video col potter is wearing a 2004 Sturgis baseball cap. The cap should have an eagle but it is covered by a black iron cross--a Nazi symbol. The video then zooms into his face so you can't see the emblem.
