Also i think it is worth noting that i have also stopped the use of marijuana per your suggestion in another thread. It has been about a month since i have quit and it is now i feel i am finally making progress in what really matters in reality. I know it will take longer to fully clear my system but i have my dreams back and can visualize better than i could previously

Sounds very good. One have to truly be sober and clean to appreciate and understand what that really means, and to be able to see how one may have been deceived before while being under the influence.

Drugs and spirituality should be kept apart, and never mixed, with a very few exceptions.

I was diving in to the inner world today and following the same procedure where I met my inner guide Eli the first time. I asked my spirit animal that we go slowly this time instead of running after him. We stopped by an open field with an ancient tree that I examined. I then continued and went back to the crystal world and saw my inner guide from the corner of my eye but asked him to wait as I started to inspect this world. I called for my inner guide to come this time and slowly learned I had to go through the questioning process again to find him again through various figures trying to pose as him. When I found him, I had a crash happen upstairs (I live with 4 other people - my wife, her two virgin sisters and my mother in law) which distorted things for me in the inner world and nearly pulled me out of it. It was like I could only see through one eye from this point forward. As I tried to continue I tried to locate my inner guide again, I kept having issues focusing on communication and my inner world view was distorted and I also kept getting flashes of a bearded man. When I finally located my inner guide and started speaking to him, he kept telling me I wasn't ready for new teachings. He finally revealed that I need to be more honest with myself and this was one of my qualities and skills. As he was about to tell me more, another loud crash happened in the house, this time ripping me out of the world completely. This just happened and I am quite irritable at this time and very slightly disoriented from being pulled away so suddenly.

Interruptions like that happens.

The good thing with the inner world is that you can always go back to exactly the spot you got pulled out, and continue as if no time has passed. Just focus on the experiences you had before you got pulled out, and will yourself back there next time you practice. By time this will be easier and quicker to do.

As a side-note, you can learn to do the same with dreams. You can also learn to explore a past dream while being conscious, so you can decode and discover its true meaning. I may write some more on that topic some time later on, as it is quite useful and insightful.

The reason why I got alarmed about it is because the second crash, was thick glass cup getting shattered and it seemed out of place.

I have another question as well, when I talk in the inner world, a lot of times before I am even done asking a question, I get an answer shooting into my mind right before the other entity speaks. Usually it will be the exact opposite of what they are going to say. If I ask a yes/no question the quiet fast answer that shoots into my mind will be no but they will say yes. Or conflicting information will come out almost at the same time. I don't know which to listen to. Give the image in my head time to talk or this soft answer that shoots into my mind. Is this interference of my mind?

I am also a very indecisive person by nature, I can never make up my mind as I keep getting flooded with endless possibilities. Is this bleeding into the inner worlds or a side effect of the inner worlds affecting my outer?

I have been keeping track of my dreams for the past few weeks as well so it will be interesting to learn about consciously going back when you have time to post it. I have been sick with the flu this week so I have not been keeping a journal due to broken sleep, does this have any effect on the inner world as well?

Sorry for all the questions. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me. I really want to learn more and grow. I have a happy life but I do always feel that none of this outside illusion matters.

It is quite normal to get instant answers to questions, often before even finishing formulating the question itself. This is usually a psychic transmission, since time do not exist in the astral planes, nor do we actually communicate by words even though our minds most usually "translate" it back to us as words.

At times, you may receive very deep and complex information in the blink of an eye, instant knowledge just filling you up, it may be in words, or visual presentations, or other sensations.

This also tends to happen more often the more experienced you get, and you will become used to it and more easily be able to filter out what is the true external information, and what comes from your own mind and subconsciousness.

Generally, it seems the first most rapid answers that appears are the correct ones, at least by my own and others experiences. However, dont take that for granted, explore yourself and find a way to test and verify things, so that you can become more intuitive and understand what is the "true" answers and what are "false".

It will all become automatic by time though, so there is nothing to worry about, you will gain this intuitive sense by regular and frequent practice.

The reason you do get 2 opposite and conflicting answers is probably as you theorize yourself, that your own mind subconsciously shoots in answers for you. Give it time and practice and you will learn to overcome this, and find it easier to instantly know when you are hearing the truth, and when you are told lies, whether it is by other external entities, internal beings, or yourself and your subconscious mind.


Keeping a dream journal is one of the most excellent ways to train oneself into better dream-awareness and develop a sense of conscious dreaming. I highly recommend you to keep a journal or notepad that you can write down dreams in, and keep it by your bed so you can easily grab it and note down in the middle of the night if you wake up from a dream. Make it a habit to write down every single dream, every night, and every time you awake from a dream. When you wake up, stay still in bed, keep the dream memories in your mind, and try to remember as much as possible. Try to relive the dream as you are awake, going backwards in the dream to remember what happened before the last part you remember, and take some time to really recall as much you can. Then note it all down. If you start to remember more about a dream at other times in the day, immediately make sure to stop whatever you are doing to recall more of the dream, and note it all down as quickly as possible. So, do keep some extra space available on the pages for each dream, since more memories may come, both later in the day, and even many days after.

And for your last question, whether your flu and lack of sleep have any effect on your inner world, the answer is a strong yes. In fact, more often than not, a flu or any disease is itself a symptom of some problematic situations in the inner world rather than the other way around.

Healing yourself within will heal yourself on the "outside" too.

Simple way to develop your visual senses, use them. Notice the beautiful in things visually for instance. I'll never understand this shut your eyes and try to visualise rubbish, I'm sure its advice from people wanting to keep us asleep. To truly develop a visual sense you need to see things, admire every facet of whatever your looking at's being. The glass is half full approach to visualising. To further develop you need to couple that visual sense with other senses, for instance see something and notice it's texture, it's sound, it's smell. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO VISUALISE NOW. Visual skills are not something you can get by listening to a crappy brain entrainment cd, they will help you relax but without adequate visual experiences in your mind you won't experience anything.

Another thing is to not vocalise what your seeing, don't sound out words in your mind. You see a bottle of water, it is labelled with whatever; don't vocalise the words in your mind. The conscious mind is the barrier to visualisation thereby you want to bypass it as much as possible.

Yes, the more senses you use, the better. Also, some people use one sense more than another, and the word "visualize" is misleading since many people are not visual at all.

A better word to use is "imagine", and "pretend". IMAGINE that you are standing under the sun, and PRETEND you can feel its warmth on your body - etc.
