The Saudi national featured in the video is Abdulrahman Al Harbi (full name, Abdul Rahman Ali Issa Al-Salimi Al-Harbi).

He is the nephew of Saudi terrorist and close friend of the late Osama bin Laden, Khaled bin Ouda bin Mohammed al-Harbi, who is also the son-in-law of Ayman al-Zawahiri, the current leader of al-Qaeda.
