Science has always been distorted by agendas. The problem is it takes money to do research, lots of it, and thus science ends up being representative of those with an agenda. If you buck the system and go against the status quo you cannot make it as a scientist. Think about it, you take a course in physics or astrophysics and if you do not absorb weak theories as facts and relate them as such you cannot pass that course. Education is brainwashing, it rewards desired responses with passing grades and punishes any non conformity with failure.

Yes. But that has nothing to do with discrediting science. That is a criticism of man, as is ops criticism, if he realizes it or not . Scientific method is as true and as objective and non biased as it claims to be.

The fundamental flaw of science, which everyone seems oblivious to, is that it's like a puzzle. I could say "this crossword puzzle is true! it is real!" ... so?

Then one of you will say "yes, but it's not only real and true, but it is beneficial!"

And that is where you lose the argument. A crossword puzzle may be real and true, and it MAY be beneficial in some limited context - but it is also distracting the puzzler from things of greater importance.

If science was so great, don't you think the wisest men in the world would be scientists? But they are not. They are fools. Semi-intelligent fools. Science has merely been a distraction and propaganda tool of the religionists and industrialists and technologists to fund themselves by promising a better future - and do we get that better future? NO. You would have a very difficult time finding anyone over 50/60 that would say life has been improving since 1970. It's just a fraud on the public for the purposes of driving forward a stupid breeder-banker agenda, a medical mafia, NASA/star-trek lunacy, "expert" testimony in courts, wildlife "protection", etc.

But in actuality, it does the opposite in every area. It degenerates quality of life, health, truth, justice, and the environment.

If you want to see how science has been in the past few decades, look at cold fusion. It was immediately discredited because it would have made all billionaires poor. Since those actual scientists careers were ruined, others are still having success with cold fusion. Fat chance it will ever allowed to replace oil though. As in religion, science, politics and any world power, always follow the money right up...it is easy to do.
