Nothing was removed from Facebook. However, I have posting normal things like animal die offs, sighting in the sky, just stuff that this world is blind too. Yeah it probably does not help anything, but we all need to wake up.. I should not be wasting my time trying expose the govt. Yes the lawyer did advise me on the free speech and was advised not to talk about it... yes maybe a moron. if you were in the usaf than thats why, they are afraid of you talking about secret info, they arrested you to do a back ground check on your clearance and have a watch on you until your cleared.

As you are living off base I suspect that you will have a choice of civilian or military courts. I had a friend who was a Provost Marshal and he explained the general rule.
When there is this choice the military usually punishes far less than civilian for crimes of violence. (After all, they teach it, just want it aimed right.)The military punishes far more for simply being absent: that is either AWOL or desertion. A civilian court would not punish at all for not coming home or showing up at work.
In your case you must move for civilian. The case would look real bad in front of most juries. You must start on that move now.
