Ok, that makes sense now, thanks OP. The other question I have refers to your sentence "The basic jist is Mike & Sunil placed the marathon bombs as part of a controlled explosion Craft drill" I'm hung up on why Craft would hold a controlled explosion during a crowded, public event. Wouldn't they only have authority to do a drill in a "controlled" or safe environment? I knowing I'm showing my ignorance, but just trying to understand. Thanks.

When the explosion does happen, the fact that a drill is going on is VERY beneficial. There obviously is a massive amount of confusion with the authorities who weren't in on it. The likelihood that the actual bomber will escape is MUCH higher. Afterwards, a pre selected patsy is apprehended and blamed and the security complex as a whole is justified.
