There was that guy who came out and said the Mexican drug cartels are working with the Saudis to create vast quantities of ricin for chronic, low-level terror attacks/incidents.

I don't remember his name but I think they fixed him up on some criminal charges for something after he came out with it.

Air Force 1 lands at Andrews, not Bolling. Bolling is just south of the city, just over the Anacostia River. Andrews is in Maryland.
