MagTog User ID: 35744575 United States 04/23/2013 10:44 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I thought this thread was going to be about something else. "Put your hands on it."... There's a large number of people who physically hold their own precious metals (PMs), but many others are just buying gold stock, or paper, or in some kind of digital form. They assume that the company "holding" PMs for them will be around to hand them their gold/silver when the time comes. I think that's a poor decision. What's worse, they don't know if the PMs the company says it is holding for you really even exists. Imagine what would happen if all the people that weren't physically holding on to their gold or silver called up their portion from these companies and banks...especially since most of that gold/silver doesn't exist. How do I know a lot of these receipts for PMs are worthless and not backed by anything? Think about it....actually, I don't think I need to explain. Should be obvious. Cannabis Contraband Conspiracy User ID: 36226664 United States 04/23/2013 11:04 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Everyone dumped their paper holdings in gold and silver driving the prices down. They know the shit is going to get real ugly soon, and there is not enough gold or silver in the world, to back all the paper holdings! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1313288 One precious metal dealer I visited suggested the 'powers' are vacuuming up all precious metals, Buy Low, Sell High. He'd be exactly right. But don't worry, soon gold will be as worthless as our RFID credits. |

Listen to what was written to His obedient people; A False balance (eg fiat money) is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight (eg precious metal) is his delight. Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death" Prov 11:1,4 In the house of the righteous is much treasure Prov 15:6a The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. Prov 10:22 The wicked shall be destroyed in the day of Wrath of the LORD, and their gold and silver will not save them; how much less will their fiat money do them good. |
