It's been around for years. Best to make your own. Like sourdough, it gets better over time. Storebought is usually too old for best flavor.

Yup....about 4 times a week....feel so energetic after..however, it is an aquired taste...smells like cat pee no matter what flavour you get lol!

that is just a placebo effect. There is no biological reason (other than placebo effect) to you feeling "amazing" after consuming the drink even a few times.

However, it is incredibly healthy for your gut flora, thus, very healthy for you.

I personally drink kefir milk, but if I didn't I would drink kombucha.

It does seem oddly energizing. I think the real barrier is the fact that almost all tea is compromised with pesticides and fluoride.

I drink a lot of tea but have noticed reduce thyroid function. Fluoride is a thyroid killer.

I do the same too but I have a hard time sometimes waiting 10-14 days, I like it when it's still really sweet.

Have made it off and on for several years. I love a certain one, Synergy by GT, and keep buying it. I guess I should get back to making it again but it takes a lot of space and I never get one as good as Synergy!!!!

I'd like to try it. I'd want it fresh and from a good brewer. I am afraid to try to make it myself. I don't know what it is supposed to taste like so I wouldn't know if I made a bad batch. Does it taste like apple juice or sort of fruity?
