He is talking about jinns, genies or what ever you call them

They have reptilian /lizard like eyes, they are what the "fallen angels" actually were, since angels are created witgh no choice they are light cannot do wrong or right via choice like us and jinns.

anyway jinns e.g. serpent in the garden or eden, alien looking entities, shape shifters, even fairly like little people, they have loads of different races and different types e.g. some are very powerful, some follow different faiths but most are mischevious will always abuse us through trickery/predicting future scare us, illusion, create chaos etc etc

they are created from smokeless fire, lizard /reptilian eyes, they are normally seen by animals and children, e.g. when a dog starts to bark for no reason they are visible and scare them.

this is what the child is contacted from even i was as a child a green reptilian alien being with largish head dark black large eyes, way before i saw et or knew or saw alien pictures, as i got older it went away but they can easily get to kids playinmg on there own around trees, old places when kids are alone
