IT'S YET ANOTHER "THEORY" ON THE SINKHOLE (5/14/13)!!
Thanks --I couldn't create this thread without the selfless work of others before me....Many of them are shut down...discouraged by the lack of response....or they're FRANKLY...dead.
yUP...d-e-a-d...as in DIED. (Remember that scene from
the movie 2012 with Woodly Harrelson--"Charlie"? He
tells John Cusack's character that several very high
profile scientists (astronomers--geologits--archeologists
professionals of many disciplines--are "OFF'D" trying to
get the "word out" about up-coming disasters)...It is
presented as kindof light-hearted amusement in "2012"
to add humor...but FACT IS...MANY have lost their
lives even talking about these things.I ran
across a video today--which I CANNOT LINK
BECAUSE IT LACKS ANY KIND OF CORROBORATING INFO....
but this guy's theory was REALLY SCAREY--AND BELIEVABLE!

Anonymous Coward did a UTUBE video which carries the
theory that the BP OIL EXPLOSION and massive "leak"
was just a huge cover-up--STAGED EVENT--to hide the
REAL OPERATIONS.....
going on down in the Gulf of Mexico. He claims that
he got eye-witness reports from someone involved==
that the government was SO PANICED BY THE POSSIBLE
METHANE/ASPHALT ERUPTION of the asphalt Volcano which
Henning Kemner (video on first page) announced back
in 2010--shortly after the BP Oil Rig Explosion/spill...
that THEY ACTUALLY DRILLED INTO THE
VOLCANO--FROM THE SIDE (NOT FROM THE TOP)
in an attempt to do a 'CONTROlLED'
"PRESSURE RELEASE" AND PREVENT AN ERUPTION
...Of course...it didn't go AS PLANNED...as something
like this has NEVER BEEN ATTEMPTED--and is sheer
INSANITY TO DO....
Their science was a little faulty--however--and the
pressures they encountered were NOT SOMETHING THEY
COULD CONTROL (1100 psi is beyond current drilling
technology and THIS VOLCANO'S PRESSURE was much higher!)

Because there was to be a HUGE release of asphalt and
toxic gasses--like Hydrogen Sulfide/methane and many
other types of gasses--as well as the asphalt goow
(some as heavy as 2000 lbs "balls") they needed to
'STAGE' this explosion in 2010 as a "Cover".
.....Going from BAD TO WORSE--they drilled several
VENT SHAFTS in addition (unbelievable as it
sounds)....
to their first puncture hoping to take the stress off
the first drilling site only to have it backfire into
what is NOW THE BAYOU CORNE SINKHOLE. And other "holes"
are forming as well.

Now...this guy either has a TRUE GIFT FOR WRITING
DISASTER SCRIPTS--or he has actually got REAL INFO
he is trying to get out to the public!! There is some
really STRANGE goings-0n down in the Gulf....now some
shooting during a Mother's Day Parade which is going
to draw the National Guard and another "Boston" type
scenario if it escallates.
I think the Earth Expansion theory explains
so much more than the current "Plate Techtonics"
theory (and "Plate Techtonics" IS A THEORY--there
are absolutley NO USEABLE TECHNOLOGIES AVAILABLE TO
PLACE UNDER A DEEP PLAET BOUNDARY AND MEASURE MOVEMENTS!
IT IS ALL "BEST GUESS"

So...all we can do is just watch and wait. There
was a 7.0 pt. 600 KM deep earthquake today in
the Mariana Islands--which sounds like a good
candidate for EARTH EXPANSION....those areas are
some of the deepest areas in the Earth's crust and
though it won't be covered in mainstream news--
it certainly is cause for concern.

So many thoughts on all you stated.
(I've snipped purely for the sake of brevity/ space but share your line of thinking on virtually every point).

I watched as the whole BP fiasco unfolded, and most definitely it became clear THEY (all of them) were in way over their heads. Sheer Panic... scrambling...trying everything/ anything. Failing miserably.
Worse than Pandora's box (at least that implies a lid). 'Abyss' would be my term.

Then, curiously enough, they brought Cameron (of Avatar fame) on board... and I thought 'Ahh-let the 'fantasy spin' begin...' And so it did- and continues.

I especially like what you stated here:

Theories are simply that, until a better explanation comes along.
Expanding Earth is that better one- rings truer imo.

But it also a threatens- as does all critical/ radical/ rational thinking.
It would turn everything upside down...(or rather right side up;). Can't have that now.

The Marianas Trench/ Island EQ has me wondering- is it common to have 7mag quakes at depths of 600+ km?
Did she just open up at the seam?

Wondering if Earth (aside from 'growing') also goes through 'growth spurts'- if sudden cycles of EQ swarms/ increased volcanic activity might be a good indicator of that.
This would be something I'd love to find out, but without the tracking of earth's measurements how could one ever possibly know?

You should really enjoy this if you think that
the "Earth Expansion" theory works better for
you than "Plate Techtonics" theory.

YUP....EARTH IS GROWING! Interesting explanation
of 'BOOMS' AND SINKHOLES world-wide. No big

...AND ON THAT SUBJECT--because there is some
discussion about this being caused from the
PUNCTURE OF AN ASPAHLT VOLCANO--and not just
an oil leak from an errant drilling (which is
way way bad enough all by itself!)...I am seeing
this entire situation get nothing but worse.
If you go to the INTRO PAGE to the EDITS AT THE
TOP...I posted a very emotional video from a
concerned citizen who basically is calling it
a "RUN AWAY TRAIN!"
....I hate to even say this--(because I am a
refugee from a geologic event myself and had
to give up my home--family--career to move north.)
I am quoting this person who has some expertice
in the Natural Gas geology field--if you STAY
IN THIS AREA....you will die in this area.
There is just NO WAY to SUGAR-COAT THIS ...

Boy! Your are right there--A.C.!!
The 7 pt. quake in one of the deepest "deep-sea
trenches" has me very curious also. It is NOT
A GOOD THING--by any stretch of one's logic....
Because the earth's crust is the thinest at
the deepest area of the Marianas--it says to
me--JUST MY OPINION--that something is going on
with the Earth's CORE.
(Have you seen that movie:"The Core" with
Aron Eckhart? Great movie!)

this has a direct implication of
increasing activity in our Earth's core (but we'll never
hear anyone talk about that--as this is ALL
VERY HIGHEST-TIER SCIENCE to even begin to get

and scientists. There is a "pecking-order" just

MY OWN THEORY is something along the lines of the
movie "The Core" (NOT that the core has
--like the movie's script--stopped rotation/
spinning BUT RATHER--just the opposite--it is increasing
speed...which also means that it is increasing

I have to agree with your Theory- the core is speeding up, and thereby expanding.
How many major expansions/ growth spurts have occurred I wonder.
Five perhaps- six by some counts? (Legends do speak of past Ages, and past Worlds... could this be what they are referencing?)

Take the ages of a human- infant to old age... all living things cycle through ages.
So too earth, planets, solar systems...

Taking into consideration all the recent events, particularly the ramped up solar activity, asteroids, comets, meteors, meteorites, fireballs...

then considering the increase in earthquakes/ eq swarms, volcanic activity, changing weather patterns, increase in severe storms, etc., etc...

it strikes me that 'we' are (once again) in the throes of a 'grand' cyclical event- one that repeats every few thousand years- spurring expansion/ growth/ evolution?

I say this because it seems there are certain 'ingredients' that have all come together now, at the same time. I believe they have also done in the past- a few times.

I also maintain there is one main ingredient- a catalyst that activates all the rest. Celestial body perhaps...

Whatever it is it is Cyclical, and so somewhat predictable (as in myth and legend and scripture and folklore), the message being:
'When these things happen together- expect this'.

The events/ phenomenon are not isolated, nor random, but interconnected and interactive.

I haven't determined yet whether all this has the makings of cataclysmic, or extinction level events.
But I'm watching/ studying/ noting.

I think you are correct about the cyclical nature
of everything...it really DOES seem to work that way
at just about every level you can think of....
There are some really good threads up on GLP this
week--and I am hoping that all this "brain-storming"
about what is going on will really figure out some
answers for us!

A curious little item: reports of Georgia Guidestones 'humming', also comments of 'humming' granite countertops.
The guidestones are granite- granite is comprised largely of quartz (think quartz watches), mica and feldspar.

Crystals vibrate/ resonate as voltage is passed over them, and in turn generate energy/ electricity- it's called 'piezoelectricity'.
(One theory is that the great pyramid is a 'resonance chamber' due to thee granite slabs/ placement of slabs within- and so, a 'generator').

Consider the earth- the mountainous regions, bedrock, etc.
I was thinking, in a highly energised/ electrified atmosphere, due to solar activity, flares, cme's, emp's, the frequency (hum) of the planet would naturally be affected, excited, changed.
I'm convinced there is a direct correlation between heightened solar activity and increased heightened earthquake/ volcanic activity.
Piezoelectricity... heightened electrical fields causing/ ramping up the frequency/ resonance/ vibration in earth's crust, mantle, and core...

Looking into it.

here! We are in the NW corner of WEstern Montana. I
know for a fact that our area sits on top of a granite
plate--as I did some research before we moved.

My hubby and I have had this very wierd "vibration"
in our lower legs when the solar flares are especially
bad (*like this week!!) and it's definitely this
Pizoelectricity as the source. So glad that you
have found this because it really explains alot about
our area. We had hums like the guidestones you were
talking about when we lived further west right on
the lake and the lake was magnifying the effect also!

Also of interest re: piezoelectricity:

The quartz crystal acts as a transducer- ie. it transforms one form of energy into another.
eg. mechanical vibration into electricity, or electrical impulses into mechanical vibration (sound, hum).


Alternately compressing and releasing activates the crystal, and produces electricity.(I'm thinking of the magnetosphere being compressed, due to solar flares/ activity). Pressure alone will not work for long- the electron flow would cease once the pressure came to rest. It needs to be applied and released, alternately.

(Quartz bearing rock is known to produce a phenomenon known as 'ball lightning'!)

Here's the kicker:

Piezoelectric materials also show the opposite effect, called converse piezoelectric effect, where the application of an electrical field creates mechanical deformation in the crystal.

I'm thinking cracks, fissures, rifts, crumbling...as the crystals change shape, deform, expand, disintegrate- and settle into a new arrangement.
Massive plates of rock converting electricity to mechanical energy- vibrating.... crystaline (sandy soils) shaking and re-settling...

The thing about piezoelectric materials is that they don't/ can't generate their own energy. They need a source of eletrical or mechanical energy applied to them- then they happily transform it.

I'm getting quite excited about this SK... I too am sensitive to the vibrations from the earth, electrical fields, solar activity.

I thought of Shoes. How humans stopped feeling earth's vibrations when we stepped into shoes.
(I'm a barefoot gal myself;).

Isn't that cool? Another "bare-foot gal!" Great! I can't
stand anything on my feet--it's very rare for me to have
shoes on while in the house (unless I'm at someone else's
house!) I think SHOES are just another of the 1,000 ways that TPTB attempt to keep us from our connection with the Earth's vibrations and Nature. We had a WAR in our house when I was a little kid and I was informed that I had to wear shoes. I would hide them in strange places and throw them in the garbage! lol! My folks really had a hard time with their clothing budget during those years--I'm sure!
And--of course...there would be a much better connection
with my having my shoes off around our house/property to be able to feel this "peizoelectricity" of which you are speaking. I AM SURE THIS IS IT! There is also a great
crystaline component to some volcano lava--and that would certainly build up an electrical charge. Wow! Good
