BREAKING HUGE!! Cispa REJECTED by senate!!!
[link to inthecapital.streetwise.co]

A large reason for the failure of CISPA to make it to a floor vote on the Senate was the threat of a veto by President Obama if the bill reached his desk. While the President should be keeping the issue of national security at the forefront of his mind, it's refreshing to think that in his second term Barack Obama is still focusing on the rights of the people. With legislation involving the internet having far more support among Republicans than Democrats I would not be surprised if the House waited a few more years before reattempting this legislation in the hopes that the odds will be more in their favor. Of course at the same time all it would take is one major cyber attack for the tides to turn in support of an online Big Brother.

The reason being - with the internet they can still manipulate the masses, media is loosing their influence on the younger generations. They test the waters and see what you are capable of, if they really thought it was a threat, it wouldn't exist. They need the majority of people staring at their computer screens just like they need people watching cartoons for children written by drug addicts and useless new propaganda. The fact is, now they know the closest you've come to a revolution since they pulled 9/11 is lets sign this petition on 'we the people', or a few resist the order and are dealt with easily because no one has the balls to sacrifice their reputation or their lifestyle to fight for what they beleive in. I see more people waking up, talking about things you would only read on GLP if you were apart of it years ago now being discussed in local pubs, town meets and events. Although you have proof beyond reasonable doubt, you lack the will power to get off your ass and take control of what you own and pay for. Yet they can call for assasinations or lock people up for life without trail or representation of any wrong doing, just because they 'suspect' you of doing anything, they hardly need to state anything anymore. We have our hands on so much valuable information yet it is so difficult to be the person who says 'wait a minute... Wtf is going on', it's embarrasing. Once you loose everything for good, you'll realise how much you took for-granted. It is a damn shame.

Re: BREAKING HUGE!! Cispa REJECTED by senate!!!
cispa would shine a light on what their already doing in the shadows.Their not ready to admit to their illegalities let alone publicize another violation of law perpetrated by those sworn to defend against such.

1 harassment -tailgating with high beams
-gunning police cruiser engine
2entrapment -forcing illegal traffic stop by creating unsafe
traffic/travel conditions -see above
3perjury- under oath in court denying fact -in uniform.
4conspiracy- hire a lawyer -turns out to be part of a club
of compliant-partners.
5extortion- pay up and plea bargain or suffer much worse
prettymuch blackmail.
6obstruction of justice-right vs wrong -justice is blind
7illegal imprisionment-nonviolents caged and violents
released.
resistance is futile and expensive

They actually enjoy having such a large audience to show how much control they have... It's becoming their ritual.
