Its a strange name for a drill no doubt.
"ZOMBIE UFO CRASH DISASTER FULL SCALE EXERCISE"

Knowing that most of the incidents of public terror happened during a 'drill', my thoughts are that this particular name was chosen to hide the fact that they would be bringing in special weapon systems into full public view.
It might look like something out of sci-fi.
But the name of the drill will cover it.
They will probably tell the media that it is just a mock up to look like a UFO or something.

The facebook page that said: "LA NUCLEAR EVENT for April 27th", the anagram for LA NUCLEAR EVENT is "VENAL, CRUEL NEAT"

A neat and cruel event?
VENAL if you read it backwards says: LA then NEV
LA to NEVADA?
Some kind of a pre-planned nuke event , that goes off neatly , in the location between LA and Nevada?
