I know you have vast computer skills and
this idea would take me all night *(lol!!)
Could you please put up a composite picture
like you can make with a map of the
Pacific Northwest U.S.A. and the prevailing
winds from Idaho to the western side of
Montana?

I am very curious to know what the percentage
risk is if they actually did set off some
agent in Moscow Idaho. Being that these
are rural areas...I can't help but think
that they'd use them as "collateral damage"
in a military check for wind patters etc.
....They have those toys they need to
play with don't they....what good is a
dang bomb if you can't watch it blow up
is their reasoning!!
