I never saw this my whole life till around 2003. I also remember the sun being a golden yellow growing up. Now the sun is white,7 times brighter. It is healing energies coming to earth now.

Sun was white hot at noon in the same time frame.

It's called a 22' halo. They are caused by Cirrus clouds (whether or not you van actually see the clouds). Pretty, but common.
