They also did a 3D scan and made a plastic model of the thing so in some of the shots it might actually be the fake one but it's not like a deception of any kind, that's just what you do with artifacts like that, you make a copy to keep and you leave the original in storage in a lab or museum.

after they said it was human they showed various pictures of kids with progeria and talked about deformities. Did we watch the same movie? OP seems really convinced that this is an alien but the more evidence they showed the less convinced I was that this was an alien at all.

progeria causes rapid aging so a malformed aborted baby with progeria would test as much older than a fetus, like 6-8 years old.

look, I do believe aliens exist, but this body isn't it. I'm more excited about the Starchild Skull which has been DNA tested and the result was that it had a human mother and a nonhuman father and on top of that there was some kind of nano-material in the bone tissue which made it extremely tough. A clear cut case of a 600 year old human/alien hybrid.
