Furthermore... if the OT is flawed then the Bible cannot be the inerrant word of GOD.

I don't know of a church that doesn't teach the Old Testament but then again I don't go to any church. I came across a rather convincing theory some time ago that fits with what I've always felt. It pointed out some key NT verses where Jesus discredits certain things from the OT. It pointed to fundamental differences between the NT God and the OT Father Jesus teaches about. It is not for me to try and explain because it is but one theory and if I am wrong I will not be blamed for leading any astray. I was raised being taught that the Bible is God-breathed and is just as God wanted it (In that regard I wondered about the Song of Solomon a few times lol)however, as I became an adult and started to look for my own answers in place of the ones I never fully bought into I've come to realize that on some issues there just are none concrete. Here are 2 I found from the New Testament that I do believe is inspired by Christ.
1 Timothy 1:10
10 the sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers,[a] liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine,

Oh sorry I didn't mean you to spend ages checking for that teaching... I could have given it to you.
However, it isn't Jesus' teachings it is Pauls'.
Now I have a great deal of trouble with this "inspired by GOD stuff and GOD breathed.
To accept that you have to accept that Paul oppresses women as an instruction from GOD. Duck when you tell that to your wife or any significant women in your lives.
Here's what Paul says on the oppression of women. His own words condemn him so they can't be from GOD.

So as they are the two who spoke most loudly against homosexuality, when Jesus was silent on the issue, the evidence says you shouldn't listen to them.
It is a simple concept... do you trust men... when the Son of GOD didn't say the same things?
From my perspective it is the difference of believing men's teachings over Jesus/GOD.
Jesus rebuked Peter very heavily, by saying "Get thee behind me Satan" so - Can you really trust men?
I don't trust Paul and Moses at all!
