Its a common misconception that LSD is bad for your health, it is quite a healer when used correctly.

Yes you are correct. Ergot on the rye, which is the naturally occurring form of LSD. LSD is the synthesized version. I am well versed in these things.

In lay terms though, for most people it is OK to say that the "natural occurring form of LSD" is what the "witches" consumed. God forbid I used the scientific name. Especially since it is the ergot on rye that Hoffman discovered it on.......

There is no real LSD available in the US right now and there has not been for over a decade. Very few chemists actually know how to make it and most of them are in jail or dead.

If someone sells you "LSD" these days you are just getting a bunch of research chemicals. No idea what you are getting or what will happen to you. I would just say no.

As cat said, there are better natural alternatives.

It's just that I strongly differentiate between rumor/story/legend that is not so above or below in any way.

I do look for metaphysical crytography in everything, but in a man-made substance told to be found in nature, no I will never jest or accept so in due part. Sometimes I speak up and sometimes I don't, and I try to not read into nor control such things too much.
