Personal chronic illness led me to discovering the existence of Monsanto and realizing their GMOs were the reason I was so sick all the time. Then I wondered what the fuck their motivation was and started looking into conspiracies...

I was 14 selling drugs on the corner gang bangin and this cop officer Kennedy came to me sat beside me and start talking to me. We always would speak and he would always look out in a way not a asshole like the the others we had to fuck up in the hood. Could of been a tactic because he had to work there and didn't want to get shot at or jump on but anyway this day we connected and he told me man you know you are falling into there traP. the judge get high, cops get high, but you know who gets killed and goes to jail is you guys. And I looked at him and he had tears in his eyes a couple days before he had to shoot a 15 yr guy. And later on I came close to shooting him when he and his partner snick up on us on bicycle with in a dark area at night. My friend knock his pistol down and mines mis fired another day I saw him cry. he testified for me in court that it was dark area and that they snick up on us. Judge order that they cut the tree down in front of the street light. I was 21 with fire arm thank god for 2nd!sorry for the WALL. not saying i was right but damn sure not saying justice is right also! thank GOD for bringing me through!

Was always interested in UFO's as a kid - I think my older brother got me into that. Then the whole moon landing thing during the early days of the internet - 1994/5. Then, of course, 9/11.

I don't actually buy into that many conspiracies to be honest. I think the moon landings most likely DID happen. 9/11 I'm sure was an "inside job" to some degree, but I think a lot of the conspiracies theories surrounding it are garbage.

I used to think that as well, but then I noticed a pattern in the conspiracies and realized a lot more were true than I had imagined.

Seeing the Obama Deception on Youtube and then later checking back to see how many people saw it and seeing the counter go from 11 million, to 36 million, and then back down to 8 million.

That film really did it for me. Put all the pieces together and everything clicked in.

JFK and the one awesome crazy bullet.

Marilyn Monroe's so called suicide.

Ted Kennedy and Mary Jo Kopechne - Chappaquiddick bridge car wreck - she dies and he lives, and doesn't report the "accident" for 9 hours. Yeah right.

9/11 - took notes on the whole thing as it happened. My times and the official times did NOT match up about 3 days or so after it happened. This and only this caused me to question everything else that was shown to us.

That an unknown senator became POTUS and can't even provide documentation to the American people that shows he was even born in the US. There is a lot there that isn't right and not going to get into it as some of it does go off the deep end.

BP oil spill - it was mentioned at the time this would destroy the eco-system of the Gulf and eventually the Atlantic, yet now we are told all is well.

The list goes on and on, but JFK was the beginning. I was almost 5 and just barely old enough to remember watching Walter Cronkite cry. When they arrested ONE man for the shooting - well no one believed it. Many years later I worked with a man who was part of the security. He and several officers were told to stay back and secure an area that JFK wouldn't even be near, when my friend was suppose to be part of the main motorcade. After it happened, he went in and resigned from the Dallas police department and told the rest of his friends they would be smart to do the same thing - that things were going to be bad and innocents were going to die who knew too much.

In a nutshell all my life!

I can't believe anyone actually buys the magic bullet theory... Absolutely ridiculous!

It should be clear to everyone JFK's assasination was a conspiracy and that both the mob and the CIA had a hand in it.

Re: What event turned you into a Conspiracy Theorist?
November 22, 1963.

I was a precocious ten years old that autumn day and although I was still too young to fully grasp the consequences, I was drawn to the entire tableau by the obvious gravity of the event... grown teachers simply didn't burst into tears in the middle of a class! And, when school was cancelled for several days following JFK's murder, instead of playing outside with my friends I stayed glued to that 16" b/w Philco TV like I was a drowning man and it was a life preserver. But, it was when I witnessed Jack Ruby kill Lee Harvey Oswald live on CBS that I KNEW something wasn't right. Luckily, my reading comprehension was advanced for my age and I absorbed everything our local newspapers and national mags [LIFE did several special issues] ground out on anything/everything Kennedy. And, it was constant flood of all things Camelot.

In November of 1964, my family took a vacation to Texas with Dallas as the last major stop on our way home back here to Kansas. My Dad always drove Lincolns and the five of us were packed into our black 1960 towne car as he steered us along the exact route that JFK's motorcade had taken. I insisted that morning on sitting in the same back seat position as Kennedy with my older sister i Jackie's spot. As we rounded that corner onto Elm Street, I looked back and up at the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository and saw immediately that Oswald couldn't have killed the President from that perch. It wasn't the rifle or the angle of the shot... it was the TREES. Fully-grown and in full leaf they would've completely obscured Oswald's line-of-sight at the crucial time. Here I was, 11 years old and I spotted them at once. When I told him, my Dad wanted to drive the route again with my Mom at the wheel so he could see for himself... but Mom has kinda' cranky that day and would have none of it. My biggest regret that day was in not eyeballing what was eventually called, "the grassy knoll [in 1964 it still hadn't yet been touted as the primary shooter's position]."

And, when the Warren Commission Report was finally released the following spring, I raced to our local library and started reading it in it's entirely. I remember being a little daunted by the TEN navy blue hardcover volumes I found on the shelves, but checked them out one-by-one anyway. Again, I didn't understand ALOT of the twists and turns and testimony of that official "explanation" but I picked up enough to know that the whole thing was a whitewash.

And, the rest -as they say- is history...

This is the first I've heard of this. You should tell Jim Marrs. He's got the compendium of first person testimony and, even after the fact, that would be significant.

Have you read Doctor Mary's Monkey? I have heard the interview on youtube by the author. If you haven't followed that line of inquiry, prepare yourself.

Market Manipulation.
Particularly in precious metals.
What really got me though, was when I became convinced of not only extreme market manipulating by criminal insiders but also the collusion of the media, regulating bodies and the crooked politicians.

Down the abbot hole I went.

Now I believe nothing!
Financiers, media, regulating authorities, politicians and the judicial bodies have ZERO credibility and never will.

No one event, but I always wondered about the JFK assassination. That, and the fact that the Bible says clearly, "Let us make man in our image.." That always seemed a little 'conspiratorial' to me - like, if there is supposed to be one God, who is this "us"?

Waco really woke me up to a whole new way of viewing those that are suppose to be protecting us, the first propaganda lie I saw thru. My parents were true blue patriots, and to this day think that are government is the best in the world and would never do anything to the citizens of this country. They were born in the 20s and 30s and I think they generation suffers the most from brainwashing propaganda. Poor things...if anyone tries to tell them any different they think it is a lie they are listening to. Wow, talk about powerful propaganda at work. So glad I am not apart of that generation.

Watch it and pass along if you haven't. It will wake almost anyone up.

Re: What event turned you into a Conspiracy Theorist?
I was always curious even when I was little. At age 5 I was having dreams of running away from glowing green grey-type aliens with black almond eyes. By age 7 I was reading Mysteries of the Unexplained books I found in my house and those books were chock-full of stories on angels, demonic possesion, prophecy/prophecies, cattle mutilation, tales of sea monsters and other cryptids, and my favorite...UFOs/aliens. I was the only 8 year old to utter the word "reptilian" and speak of the Barney and Betty Hill case in my class. Of course, I was an outcast. By 8 I already had my "UFO Handbook" which surprisingly my school book-fair was selling.

By age 9, as I rode my bike outside, I would ALWAYS wonder WHAT THE FUCK were those WHITE LINES in the SKY?!?!? I told myself "write a book on it," "investigate it." By 9 I knew something was not right with those white lines being sprayed in GRID FORMATION in the sky.

At 14 I had finally seen Zeitgeist-The Movie and that was what really woke me up, initially. I know better than to care about and bother with the zeitgeist movement now. And speaking of now....I have found my home hf

Re: What event turned you into a Conspiracy Theorist?
I had a big argument with someone who thought 9/11 was an 'inside' job and I found it crazy he was trying to say it.. Until he showed me some videos explaining the collapse of the buildings and the second plane.. It started from there and each thing I watched/read lead me to another subject/place.. Along the way i read my fair share of complete BS, and expanded my knowledge and just kept learning and understanding and i am still trying to do that now. Its a long learning process. And eventually I found my way here this year and boy I'm glad :)
