We are to keep the sabbath/seventh holy, we shall the real meaning of this command.

Death in the bible is NOT a literal death of the physical body, it means the death of the lower self or ego, so when you work on the Sabbath ( meditate ), you will experience EGO death. There much better isn't it.

And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. The SABBATH is NOT a day of the week, it is the day of the LORD, the seventh crown chakra, which we are to keep holy, and how do you keep it holy? By entering into darkroom meditation.


Days. weeks, months, years etc... are just filler material for the mythology, so the story can be told, "A thousand years is as a day and a day is as a thousand years" that's because they aren't literal.

Sabbath is from 'even to 'even, from sunset on Friday to sunset on Saturday.

When every day is a sabbath, no day is the sabbath.

Its a day of rest from your regular work, no income work, no house work.

So if its everyday........how do you earn an income or work around your home?

Friday evening 6:00pm to Saturday evening 6:00pm.

We are to enter His Sabbath rest, just like Jesus and His Apostles did everyday. If the will of God puts you on a job, not because you want the job or are qualified, but by His will, then that is "rest from our own works." We have to take it to the next level, just like the Lord's Prayer states "Your will be done ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN." That is the true Sabbath forevermore. Ask Him yourself.

Every moment of every day Christ is our rest.

Amen, exactly! EVERYTHING WE DO should be ordered by the Spirit of Christ, even our recreation.

Im saved by grace but I aim to keep the commandments of God just like Jesus did, who taught not to break any. I keep them not to be saved but because I am saved and want to do His will. So, I keep the 4th commandment written by the finger of God that states it is the seventh day which He kept before there was Sin or a need for a savior. It celebrates Him as a creator and our need for rest.

would u say we shouldnt keep the other 9 because we are saved by grace? lets keep as He commands not as we want or because of tradition. Interesting its the only one that starts with the word "remember", as if He knew we would forget
