The El Paso County Sheriff in Colorado Springs, CO refuses to enforce the new laws so the dems are refusing to give the County Sheriff their wage increases that were previously approved. Bribes, corruption and intimidation are how things get done back east, but we aren't going to tolerate that here! |

The laws vary from State to State, but generally you can recall them for whatever reason if you get enough signatures. Well, that's true, but they still have to be voted out in the recall election. If the reason for the recall is politically motivated it is much less likely to succeed as the constituency is likely to still be dominated by the official's party. Recalls motivated by incompetency or corruption have a greater chance of succeeding.
