2013 NRA Convention in Houston, TX

Went to the NRA convention today with my 15 year old son (that's right I pulled him out of school early)and I have to say - It was incredibly awesome in every sense of the word. The news-said they are expecting 70,000 people this weekend but It seemed that there were near this many in the convention center on the opening day - I can attest that it was packed with thousands of American Patriots of all shapes, sizes, ages, both male and female alike. If you can get by for a visit - it's is worth it! The official slogan for the convention this year is "Stand & Fight" but I think it should have been the Texas revolution slogan of - "Come & Take it"!
