It's called Capitalism and it's what made this country.

If you want the "freedeom" to start a company and make money doing it, you generally start small and then as you build and expand, you'd go where there's still a profit margin to be had as well. Many companies can't keep their shareholders happy with all they need to conform to here.

Don't get mad at the companies - get mad at the government, tax structure, et al. - or admit that Capitalism isn't the best structure anymore. After all, companies aren't in existence to provide jobs - but to create revenue for business owners and shareholders.
