Iron Man 3 connection with todays wars/conflicts?

For anybody else who saw the movie this weekend... i found it very ironic that a phycotic mastermind terrorist ended up being nothing more than a patsy created by an evil person trying to stay in the shadows. There is so much in movies that they say tells the true story of whats going on in the world.

anybody have any opinions?? Just seems eerily similar to the OSAMA, Gaddafi, Saddam situations... are they trying to tell us something?
