COAST GUARD ORDERED TO STAY IN PORT AND ALLOW INFILTRATION | |
shadasonic User ID: 34416224 United States 05/07/2013 08:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The USCG is THE first line of defense in this country and even has rank over the Navy while in US waters. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 588355 What's coming up the gulf? This bothers me, a lot. I agree, this country goes to shit a little bit more every day. I'm so sick of it all! “One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.” – Carl Sagan |

Quoting: pinkshirtguy or is that part implied by you? not saying it won't make it easier, but have the specifically been ordered to stand down to any type of intrusion? where does it say allow infiltration? Quoting: pinkshirtguy or is that part implied by you? not saying it won't make it easier, but have the specifically been ordered to stand down to any type of intrusion? I did not write the headline. it was part of the article, however it IS truthful if the stand down order is in place. It is an implied sentence but would be true none the less. 2FishOn |

Fewer civilian eyes will be on the area as they clean up and investigate. Open waters and an unwatched port make for excellent smuggling conditions. Necessary if the item is very large or clearly dangerous. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 35406953 United States 05/07/2013 09:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | MIAMI, FL – Drugs, weapons, illegal aliens all are welcome under a new directive. There is an ongoing, emergency situation with the U.S. Coast Guard, which is now an agency under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Quoting: 2FishOn “By directive, starting last Monday, 29 April 2013 (barring emergency calls) Coast Guard District 7, which stretches from the Carolinas to Alabama to Florida, has been restricted from activity. There will be no enforcement patrols of large or small craft allowed in U.S. territorial seas, district-wide,” according to a WDW confidential source.
