The Secret Cabal, that wants to own the whole planet,
destroy people by setting them up to be worshipped,
and if they can't make them famous then they
themselves worship them. To ruin them.

But what do they do with someone who refuses to become famous, and according to the Threads about him can't be killed? I guess the technique is that they get The World to worship them, but in his special case they had to do it themselves. /notsure  tsk tsk Perhaps keeping his own head in check is something every man must one day learn, eh?
