Marshall Masters and the Blue Kachina hoax | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 372471 Canada 05/09/2013 01:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Marshall Masters latest hoax is a stupid one. When you use a webcam for astronomic research you will end up in a disaster. That`s what Marshall Masters experienced with this Turrialba webcam failure. The reason for this is that most webcams produce picture artifacts and lenseflares. Quoting: VeritasN1 Though Masters thinks that the Turrialba lenseflare could be the Blue Kachina of the Hoppi prophecies you can just lean back and drink a beer or two. All you see here is an internal lenseflare of this odd webcam. Masters apparently has no astronomic knowledge and is a bloody amateur in the field of camera techniques. Besides that an object of this size which is so close to the sun would be visible everywhere: not only on a webcam and in Costa Rica. Often internet hoaxers choose such cams in countries which are far away to fool the public as they know that most people are no experts in these topics. Nancy Lieder for example is telling her followers some weird jokes about Indonesia because she know that none of them will ever go there to verify her claims which are of course lies. When you take a closer look at the Turrialba lenseflare you can clearly see that it`s only visible at a certain time when the sun is shining on the webcam. The sun causes an internal lense flare in the camera. So this picture artifact is even visible through dark clouds and thick layers of smoke because it only exists in the webcam. But it suddenly disappears when the sun itself is blocked out behind clouds. Normally even the sun itself can`t shine through thick clouds. Marshall Masters lenseflare is always visible when the sun hits the webcam in a certain angle. If the sun which causes this effect is gone the picture artifact will be gone too. All you can see is an odd lenseflare. It is significant that Masters – a well known internet hoaxer who earned a lot of money with the 2012 scam – tried the same naïve strategy when comet Elenin appeared. He still has some 2012-books to sell which nobody needs anymore. So he is trying the same scam tactics he used between 2008-2011. He is presenting some strange materials and “top secret” sources which are all fake. He must be rather desperate in these days. Additionally everyone can have a look at this webcam and see that Masters obviously had some beers when he made his Turrialba webcam clips. [link to www.worldcamera.net] There are only about 20k of backyard astronomers monitoring and uploading to the 25 video sites across the planet. While the one might be a hoax...the other 20k seem to confirm the hoax. So good luck with that logic. If you want to control a message, you first have to have the ability to do the work. Governments are no longer capable of filling in pot holes or managing a purse. Keep that planted in your mind. |

So he will tell you every story you wanna hear, dude. Just forget about this freak. |

All his strange books referred to that date. Doom always was a good business as long as you find some stupid people who buy it. Now he simply needs a new topic and presents a webcam ghost to his followers. Embarassing. Masters has the same problems like Nancy Lieder now who claimed that some aliens told her there would be a poleshift well before 2012. So both have to find some new stupid followers and invent some new crapola. Stupidity burns. |

VeritasN1 (OP) User ID: 39717531 Canada 05/12/2013 01:02 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Please, guys! First of all this is no possible discovery, this is only a trivial lenseflare. I already explained why this is a lenseflare. I`ll explain it again step by step: 1. You can only see the lenseflare when the sun is shining on this webcam. When the sun is blocked out by clouds or smoke the object of interest disappears though there are no clouds between the lenseflare (which gets invisible then) and the sun. This can happen in minutes. Unfortunately I cant post pictures here, otherwise it would be very obvious, as I have collected some footage of this lenseflare camera too. 2. When the sun is shining on the webcam and the object is covered by clouds or smoke, it is still visible. Even the sun itself can`t shine through thick layers of clouds. So it is all bogus. 3. Webcams are no appropriate tool for astronomic field research. They always produce lenseflares, because they were made for another objective. 4. Of course the lenseflare is moving a little bit, because the sun is moving too and changing the angle of the reflection. Apart from that it always stays more or less in the same field of the camera, as it is an internal reflection or a trivial lenseflare. This is hard to say as we don’t know the type of the camera and its construction. 5. If there was an object of this size close to our sun you could see it everywhere: not only on a webcam in Costa Rica. You would only have to leave your house and look into the sky. You have the same sun in the USA as the people in Costa Rica. 6. This webcam isn`t the only inhabitant of Costa Rica or the other surrounding countries. It just depicts a lenseflare. 7. You just see here the desperate attempt of Marshall Masters to sell some of his old books nobody wants to buy anymore. He is a scammer. You should look on the webcam and not watch his infantile clips which only prove that he hasn`t the slightest idea of astronomy. Or use a telescope what would be a far better idea. He is a fraudulent 2012-prophet. The sad thing is that his predictions or assumptions could easily be debunked back in 2009. They were all bogus and hoaxes. Even his so called top secret informants were all a bogus-concert which was staged by himself (Nibirushock2012 and so on). And don’t call me a shill, I`m just a guy who is telling you the truth. Show some respect and be grateful for my time I invest here. Edit: A guy named Chew from another board shows what I noticed too. I can only add youtube-clips but no photos here. I think it should be quite clear now that Marshall Masters is just trying another dirty prank to sell some books. Quoting: Mukk1234 So if it is a stationary camera can you explain how your lens flare moves when the camera does not? Perhaps you remember from your physics lessons (if you had some): angle of incidence = angle of reflection When the sun moves on, the angle of incidence changes - naturally the angle of reflection changes too. Thus the movement of the lens flare. :brainuseit: . Edit: corrected typo .
