If women are responsible for THEIR body why do they ask for child support?

Get real - we DON'T! We love the woman we fuck, and if she treats US right - as the MAN in her life, we'll take care of her kids. If not - GTFO.

If men don't have the right to either force an abortion or skip the child support bullshit, then we're not as equal as the girls, and that's reality.

Some of us have been waiting for the stupid feminism nonsense to blow over ever since it raised its ugly head, but it's still going strong, and all we can do is to decouple sex from any involvement. Remember - a MAN loves his girl, and it's she that loves the kids. He loves the kids AS A FUNCTION OF his love of her.

Isn't this pure evil? Its not possible to say "it takes two to make a baby" thats pure EVIL to say that and clearly an expression used by women who are programmed to respond that way as it is not their OWN thinking but a silly excuse for THEIR irresponsible mistake. It wasn't the mans body, its HER BODY, she is responsible for getting impregnated by WHICH EVER man she opened her legs to. She asked for it, she begged to be f**ked. And then when she gets pregnant she wants child support? What if the man wants an abortion? Shouldnt he have that choice? But its HER body and her thinking with her emotions she denies an abortion and because its HER body the final decision is on her. WHY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE women spreading their legs if they don't want to be single parents? When they get pregnant they are BEGGING to be single mothers... and then they robbed men of their future.

I just don't get it... ALL, and i repeat and i proudly stereotype ALL single women with kids from observing and listening that THEY ALL DO THIS even tho it was THEIR fault they got pregnant because its THEIR BODY.

My ex and I have joint custody. I pay over half of my take home salary to my ex for child support. She has not worked a day in over 10 years and sends the children to daycare during the week. I have to drive over two hours to pickup my children every other weekend.

During the divorce, since she did not work and I had "wage-earning potential", i was blessed with our debt and she was given most assets. All said and done, I lost ~%70 of my net worth and also paid for the divorce...both sides.

My ex is now getting re-married and already has another child on the way. They are in the process of buying a $250,000 house, which doesn't sound like much, but where I live that is a freaking mansion. I am stuck in a house that is worth less then I financed and I am selling to take a loss. I have been trying to move on and sell for over 2 1/2 years. I will be moving into a $500 dollar a month rental in the ghetto once sold.

I am not looking for sympathy, but I do want to educate other men on what the reality is. Half of marriages fail. That means if 2 married men with children that are the sole wage earners are reading this post, 1 will more then likely have this happen to him. You think you know a person until a divorce starts. It gets ugly quick!

1. If you feel you wife is being a whore don't bring it up. Let her have her fun. Make her think everything is ok. This is hard to do, you are going to be emotional.

In the meantime, setup a separate account, and PO box. Divert all of your secret communications to the PO box. Start selling stuff and raising cash. Pay off critical pieces of your future IE. car, stuff for your job, equipment for your business. Close credit card accounts in a way that will not alarm your woman. Call the CC companies and have your limit lowered. Make sure you have overdraft protection on your account when/if she starts money grabbing.

2. NEVER leave your house!!!! I cannot stress this enough. Rent her a apartment do whatever. Do not leave! You MUST maintain possession of your assets. This is tricky, cause a woman can call the cops and say you assaulted her with no evidence. If that happens you are screwed! If you get assaulted, make a police report ASAP! Don't be violent!!!

3. If you can, try to be the primary care giver of the children during the divorce. See #2. Tell her you want stability in the childrens live. Have them live with you this will help you when it comes time for custody/childsupport.

4. Obtain all financial and other critical documents and store them where she cannot obtain them. Make copies of all birth records, SS cards, passports, etc.

5. Don't do anything crazy, don't start fights, and lawyer up immediately. She is generally a couple steps ahead.

Because it is the man's sperm that got her pregnant, and if you can lay down and make a baby, then you can take care of that baby you co created.

Any father who walks off and doesn't support his own offspring is complete trash. The woman gets to choose if she wants to carry the baby, because it's HER body that has to grow it and go through it, not the man's. So NO, he doesn't get much choice in that.

The man's choice comes prior to conception of the baby. If you don't want to get a woman pregnant, WRAP IT, or just don't FUCK.

When I got divorced (she cheated), I paid child support (for 7 years). When I got custody of my three boys, guess how much SHE has paid me in the last 9 years. That's right, not a frigging dime.

Women like this treat babies like puppies. In the sense of 'ooh they are so cute! I want one! Pregnancy is so beautiful!' Then it sets in 'how do I afford this, and now I have to stay home'. But you can't court order someone to pay for a crap ton of puppies, otherwise people would use the law for that.

Drive down the highway with your friend in the passenger side, your friend, unknown to you wants some easy money for the rest of his/her life. Oncoming traffic and he/she jerks the wheel, takes out a family and puts you in the hospital. They collect a handsome cheque from the govt and from the insurance and you life is screwed because maybe you had a beer prior to your outing and your at fault due to any amount of alcohol in your blood.

I would like to say I do not agree. If you father a child, you are responsible to help provide for that child. States will jump at this chance because there are so many fees they apply to child support. Hell, even the company I work for takes a $2 maintenance fee for taking out my child support and the child support office charges me $55 a year to deal with my child support. And it's legal. The thing I DO NOT agree with is the fact that I cannot claim my child support on taxes. But my children's mother can claim the children on taxes since she provides over 60% of their expenses.

Surprising how people who wave the deadbeat dad flag are quick to try and destroy a legitimate question such as the one OP raised, and has been raised on this forum many times.

HAIL MARY: You've been dating a while, and she tells you she's pregnant. What you do (if you're a young man) is tell her you love her, try to make it as if you're being sincere as possible. Tell her you want to have a family, and you want to get married and you want to get that house you've been looking at buying. Do your best to portray this idea of a very happy life together to her. Then, at the end of the discussion, you slip in the reasoning that having a baby now will ruin both of your chances at that storybook idea. You ask her if she would be willing to have an abortion now, so that you can prepare for a big wedding and put that down payment on that house. Tell her, once it all is finished, you can start having kids. Tell her you want more than one child, you want as many as you can.

If she agrees, take her to the clinic yourself. Don't let her back out right in front of it. Take her there yourself. Afterwards take her out to eat. I suggest an egg mcmuffin from Mcdonalds. Then drop her off, lose her number, and get the fuck out of there.

If it doesn't work, then you're still fucked either way. If she's having it no question, you tell her you will do whatever the court says but you don't want to be a part of it's life at all. That also can help her decision making.

I know deadbeat dads and moms. Still, it took a mutual decision to have intercourse, there should be a mutual discussion on contraception beforehand.
If that discussion didn't take place then both are to blame.

How come not paying child support is an enforcement issue, but blocking visitation with the other parent is not enforced. Why is it even called "visitation"? It should be called parenting.
