Why does it look so weird outside? Los Angeles

I see it and have felt it also all day. An energy of some sort!

That was one of the strangest sunsets I've ever seen. WTF was that about?

I've seen the super brilliant sunsets plenty of times though, this ambience is casting this weird dull brown glow on all of the buildings. Something I'd expect to see in fire conditions, but the fires were over days ago.

Man I don't know, went outside for a cig and felt like I was on another planet. Really weird.

Everything looked like you were wearing yellowish shaded sunglasses. Really frickin weird.

sunset clouds were right above my head warm air comes from sky

Wow!!! Gotta love monsoons lol. We get them occasionally here in the Bay Area, but not as often as you guys.

That's what I was thinking as well. That guy posted the pic of the sunset, but that just looked like a typical nice sunset in Cali, this was something different. Never seen it before and many years living here.

its the smoke from the fire diffusing while being hit with the light from the setting sun...normal as napalm in the morning....

That makes the most sense so far. Thanks! It was like someone took the light from the sunset and diffused the glow of it over 3/4 of the sky!

that fire was over 4 days ago.
the sunset did not look this funky till tonight.
and it just "appeared" out of nowhere.
