wtf, or maybe the prison officals finally realized if you treat em good and they dont get crazy and stupid, they can get out with some sanity, i say great, give em some pleasures and treat them like human beings and too those who think they all need to be living in hell and misery 24/7 be very carefull what you wish on other humans , i am refering to the non-violent offenders, NOT THE RAPISTS OR MURDERS, THEY NEED TO SUFFER!!!!!!

There is electronic devices, jammers, that block cell phone usage in a given area.
They could easily install these, so the higher ups must be ok with them using cell phones and wifi.
They could block all frequencies except the prison radio range.
