It isn't possible and to have a theory suggests you have done a scientific clinical study which based on my comment couldn't happen.

Telekinesis in theory if it exists should be related to other forms of esp which science has somewhat displayed if real is electromagnetic in origin.
The only semi supportive actual evidence is related to chi and em emissions of chi masters.
The idea is that the nervous system operates partially with chemicals and partially with electrical impulses.
If you study radio or other em phenomenon you will discover that electricity is all it really takes to generate em.
To receive em all that is required is something that has metal in it...calcium is classified as a metal and the body also contains magnesium.
If someone were hyper sensitive to magnetic fields as even the WHO has investigated then it is not a far jump to assume sensitivity to organic sources of EM or other peoples nervous systems.
I believe the first step would be to become aware of the fields then to manipulate them.
